IDN offers its subscribers support in various capacities. The outlines of these services are as follows:
Helping customers to configure and set up e-mail accounts
Providing technical assistance to Network Engineers
Assisting customers by visiting their website and solving Internet related problems
Undertake troubleshooting and advising customers about their hardware and software problems (*This function is undertaken at no extra charge to the customer)
Customer and Technical Support available via the telephone or website 24 hours, 7 days, 365 days (Yes that includes all banking holidays and Christmas day!!).

The phone numbers to dial-into IDN (GHANA) are 1505. Please take note that if you are outside Accra you DO NOT NEED TO prefix it with the area code of Accra (021).
The DNS (Domain name servers) are: Primary 206.251.60.252
                                                          Secondary 206.251.60.251. These are however, automatically assigned to you when you dial in.

MODEM TIPS

If you have a problem with your modem staying connected for long time then follow the following procedure which could help.
 Double click on My Computer -> Dial-up Networking. Right click on your IDN connection (IDNGH or the name you supplied during setup) and choose properties. Click on the configure button,select the connection tab and then click on the advanced button. Type the following string exactly as shown in the Extra settings:S10=100S25=200 click on ok and then ok again.
